Mike and the team at Luxe are fantastic to deal with. He brings a refreshingly honest and practical approach to achieving a sale, and communicates clearly with all parties to deliver the best possible outcome. His extensive database of clients significantly widened our reach when marketing our property. He also engaged with buyers well beyond the local area, resulting in several offers from outside our region. From the outset, Mike provided an accurate estimate of our property’s value. He helped us understand its appeal to buyers (as well as what didn’t!), and advised on what improvements would make the biggest difference. He then tailored the sales and marketing strategy accordingly, and utilised his strong negotiation skills to achieve a great result in a challenging market. Mike is charismatic, well-connected, and genuinely driven to secure the best outcome. He treats you with respect throughout the entire process and is a true advocate for both your property and your goals. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone looking to sell their home.

They told me what what price range to expect and they were correct. Mike with the assistance of Maria kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend them.

Mike is the ultimate professional. He works extremely hard for both his sellers and buyers. Mike, really goes the extra mile, I found him on the street, cleaning my windows before an open home.He also sourced and organized tradespeople for the small repair jobs that were needed. The marketing campaign was very well presented and really on point. Mike has an extensive knowledge of the Wellington realestate market and always gave excellent, professional advice. Our apartment sold in a very difficult, flat market. I would highly recommend Mike!

Harriet and Tom always kept me in the loop. They were very informative and knew the market well. I feel like they have become friends.

Team Culy were fantastic to work with. As first-time sellers, we really appreciated their clear communication, calm guidance and professionalism throughout the whole process. They were always easy to reach when we needed them, kept us well informed, and helped us stay steady whenever the inevitable doubts or nerves crept in. Their market knowledge was excellent, especially in what felt like a tough and uncertain market. They kept our spirits up, gave practical advice, and worked hard to keep momentum going right through to the end. They were organised, punctual, on time with everything they promised, and handled the process with real care. We were really happy with the final result and would absolutely use Team Culy again.

From my first decision to sell my property to finding a buyer that offered a price I was happy with was very stress free. All of the team at Lowe and Co Wellington were very professional and the process was easy. It didn’t take long to find a buyer because they all have many contacts to call on. Everything can be sorted on line these days and as I live in a different town from the property I was selling it made life simple. Thank you to all involved at Lowe and Co Wellington and I highly recommend this company for your next sale or purchase.

I chose to use Ryan again due to his hard work and excellent communication. He is also knowledgable about what the best suited buyers want in a house so gave good tips around where to renovate and create value.

Ryan worked diligently to sell our Townhouse in 23 days. We particularly commend his hard work, honesty and communications on the sale strategy. Ryan was straight up with us on our position in the market and achieved a fair market price.

Super friendly from the get go, travelled back and forth between vendor and us when it came to putting through the offer and very helpful real estate agent. Did all he could to make my first home buyer process easy and stress free, thanks! 🙏🏼
