Simply the Best

This is the second property that Sonya has been my agent. The last one,! was the vendor and this time I am the purchaser. So I have seen her from both sides of the process. Sonya is quite simply the best and I absolutely mean it. When your the purchaser you always have some small doubt or perhaps some of the paper work wasn’t supplied by the vendor but I can honestly say that I knew when I asked Sonya to check something out or get me more detail she reacted very quickly every time. Her follow up is fantastic and her ability to know when to push and when to lay low is just built into her DNA. Really it’s simple, she cares. Sonya will get my business every time.
