This wonderful lady has gone far beyond what I expected .her knowledge of the market meant we go the price we wanted if not more She went far beyond what was expected in preparing the house for sale which resulted in a quick sale and when I say far beyond I mean well and truely far and beyond. We would give Leonie more than 5 stars if we could. From the start Leonie was fantastic. As we did not live in our house, Leonie dressed the house with her own furnishings and plants which gave it a lived-in feel. She visited the house often and kept it clean and tidy for us. We really cannot thank Leonie enough for all her help and advice. The successful sale of our house was definitely due to her dedication to marketing and her presentation of the house. Leoni and Natalie truly were a winning combination when selling our holiday home in Karikari. We had the property listed on Airbnb during the sale which made things a little complicated at times. We were genuinely impressed with Leoni and Natalie's commitment promoting our property and getting the quickest sale possible. Both lovely ladies went above and beyond! They helped us to stage the property (looked fantastic!!!) and even had to deal directly with airbnb guests on more than one occasion. Nothing was too hard, and both worked incredibly hard for the result we needed. I would definitely recommend Leoni Mateer and Natalie Dorn to anyone selling a property in the far north.
