Sam was easy to communicate with, very approachable, was attentive and listened to my wishes. He was knowledgeable about the area, the current market and how to market my property. He always let me quickly how open homes went, never had any negative vibes from him, he was always optimistic. He gave me a true assessment and target of how long he thought it would take to sell and he came in before time.

I believe he just matches his communication style to suit the clients. Always good communication about open home times and he changed the open home times and days at our request, theoretically to make it easier for more people to see the house.

Stephen has a great knowledge of real estate and understanding of people. From the first meeting you know he is working for you. Everything in regard to selling a property is covered well and it is like there is a template - meaning the process runs like clockwork and nothing is missed. Stephen's team work exactly as that - a team. Communication from the team is exceptional. The process from beginning to the end is without flaw; the appraisal, the photography, the advertising, the reporting, the viewings, the paperwork, and then the sale. But above all else, I believe Stephen (and his team) to be trustworthy and of high integrity. Stephen sold a property of mine 4 years ago.
