He always let me quickly how open homes went, never had any negative vibes from him, he was always optimistic. He gave me a true assessment and target of how long he thought it would take to sell and he came in before time.

I believe he just matches his communication style to suit the clients. Always good communication about open home times and he changed the open home times and days at our request, theoretically to make it easier for more people to see the house.
