He worked hard to get us the best possible result and genuinely pushed for top dollar on our behalf. At one point he even encouraged us to hold firmer and aim higher than we might have on our own — putting our outcome ahead of simply closing the deal and moving on. It was clear throughout that he saw his job as getting the most for us, and he backed that up with real effort rather than just words. Add to that his professionalism, communication and the way he made a stressful process feel manageable, and it's an easy call. We couldn't rate him more highly.
