Heather is the consummate RE professional without any of the trappings of the highpressure style often seen as the mark of successful promotion. Heather takes time and care in checking that you are aware of the package and product on offer, its special features and its options. We did enjoy being able to gain insights from Heather re the retirement range of units and the distinction of the one we had under consideration. it was clear that whilst the unit had been on market for some months we came in at a time when interest was rising. Heather's well practiced signals and nudges re how we might achieve becoming the successful purchaser were appreciated. The one isssue we had which Heather sought to deal with, was that the vendor had not supplied operational details across the functional items we took for granted e.g. sink wastemaster. We have since discovered it pays to check venetian blinds, washing tub taps, below sink waste connections. Heather did advise that we engage a builder to do a warrant of fitness inspection and we relied on our own observations. Our mistake was compounded by a rain event, before we shifted in, which had not been equaled in recorded volume previously. Water flooded from front garden via the Unit front window with minimal damage to carpet. It would not have occurred if we had noted that the vendor had completely covered over the drainage of front garden with toploads of soil and mulch. Our builder has said it might not have been noticed by even an experiened assessor. Our conclusion is that Heather was right nonetheless to have arranged pre-settlement inspection which ensured wastemaster issue was rectified. Overall we feel we have been fortunate to have achieved a highly favourable purchase at a fair market price at the right time. For this we are grateful for Heather's support, advice and managing of due process.

Heather kept us up to date through the whole process. She went above and beyond through a few tricky things. Glad she was recommended to us & happy to recommend to anyone

Cliff and Glenda are a great team. This is the 4th sale they have made on our behalf and we are very satisfied. They are great communicators and very good at what they do. Would highly, highly recommend them.

Cliff worked on selling our property in a very quick turnaround. He was responsive to our initial enquiry – listened to what we thought – and kept us well informed on what was happening all through the process. Can’t tell you how pleased we were to get the call – it’s unconditional. Professional, helpful, attentive and a good communicator.

We were travelling, new to the area, and despite being 'on-the-road', Cliff was very helpful in guiding us through the process. He is attentive and communicative, and nothing is too difficult. Cliff made it all happen for us, and we are grateful for his professionalism.

Kirsten always kept us in the loop with updates and progress. She is passionate and works hard for her clients while being friendly and approachable. We appreciated her realistic and honest approach.

Kirsten was incredible! When we first rang to meet with her she made it work so quickly she came in with so much help and information. We wanted to sell our house to be able to buy a new house and she made it happen with a tight timeline. Everything lined up so well, she was always only a phone call or text away when ever we needed. Highly recommend Kristen to anyone and everyone 🥰

Kirsten is everything you'd expect from an agent. She listened. She thought outside the box. She didn't confine/define/demean the value of our property like every other agent had. Kirsten is very honest and a great communicator, and made the whole experience easy and she really understood us as Vendors. I'd highly recommend Kirsten as a representative of your property. Kirsten does what she says - no fluff, direct, very charming, forward thinking, and great at working together with the client to achieve the best possible outcome. We are extremely grateful for her service. It was second to none.
