She is passionate and knowledgeable about the area and real estate. Rachel explained everything so clearly so I felt confident in making decisions and understanding where things were at. Throughout the process Rachel's communication was great, she kept us in the loop every step of the way with weekly updates as well as extra updates after each open home and everything in between. I think this was one of the best things I enjoyed was being kept informed and up to date throughout. Nothing was to small for Rachel, any question or request she was just so easy to work with. Overall this home selling experience was great and this was all credit to Rachel.

Ours wasn't a straight forward sale, Alex guided us with everything that needed to be done. We could contact Alex anytime if we had questions. Marketing was awesome. Alex's knowledge in marketing was amazing. He let us know when open homes were to be held and gave us feedback literally straight away. The property was sold within six months, if I remember correctly and that was because of Alex's knowledge and professional way of handling things that were out of our control.
