Ours wasn't a straight forward sale, Alex guided us with everything that needed to be done. We could contact Alex anytime if we had questions. Marketing was awesome. Alex's knowledge in marketing was amazing. He let us know when open homes were to be held and gave us feedback literally straight away. The property was sold within six months, if I remember correctly and that was because of Alex's knowledge and professional way of handling things that were out of our control. We felt he had our backs when it came to negotiating our price. We would highly recommend Alex as an agent, and would definitely use Alex again to a property.

Alex was really good at helping us find the right property for us. The entire process from open home to extra viewing and negotiation of the purchase was easy, Alex listened and understood our situation and financial position and made it happen. We will miss seeing Alex at open homes now that we have purchased.

This was the second successful rural sale in Northland completed for us by Alex. Both sales took some time to find a buyer and conclude. Sales pricing was below initial appraisal, but it has been a difficult market. Good to have the process concluded
