It was a pleasure to have Derek to market our property, the sale went ahead seamlessly. We were were kept continuedly updated on progress and Derek's facilitation and knowledge of murmurous sales in the Otaki Gorge was certainly a strong point when we were looking at agent to market our property.

We were directed to Kim by a friend who said that she had a lot of enthusiasm and would focus on selling the property. This turned out to be the case and she secured a sale very quickly, before it hit the market as such. This was a few months before we wanted to sell which did create a rather stressful time for us as we had a number of large commitments over the period of the sale. Kim was easy to get hold of and responded immediately to any questions she had. She was very approachable and friendly in her communications with us.
