We were directed to Kim by a friend who said that she had a lot of enthusiasm and would focus on selling the property. This turned out to be the case and she secured a sale very quickly, before it hit the market as such. This was a few months before we wanted to sell which did create a rather stressful time for us as we had a number of large commitments over the period of the sale.
