We first met Ram when he did an appraisal for us while working for one of the big companies a few years ago. He was energetic, personable and had done an awesome job selling a neighbour’s home, but we decided it wasn’t the right time for us to move on from a home we loved. Great marketing knowledge.

Very responsive. Nakita (who we dealt with most of the time) answered all our questions and helped us with every step. Both Nakita and Nicola were very professional yet casual and easy to have a chat with about anything we needed. As buyers they helped us navigate what price brackets and even helped to recommend lawyers and loan agents which was even more helpful. Over all a really great experience. If we ever have to sell and purchase again we hope to go through these two

On one of the first open homes we visited Nakita was there and she was the only agent who followed up with us when we said we were looking to sell our home and purchase a new one.
