I would definitely use Nathan again and tell friends and family as he was so easy to talk too and also new the whole area of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Arch Hill, Kingsland etc. Nathan did have to work for me too get the price down, l did come in with a very low off but l realize he is also working for the seller. So l think he came up with a good compromise price which we both accepted. I was happy and they were happy, so we'll done.
