Caroline delivered on our expectations in an open and transparent manner

Caroline was aware of our expectations given houses either side of us sold in the previous few months. We chose not to go public with the sale and relied on Carolines database to secure a purchaser. Only genuine purchasers were introduced to the house and we achieved a sale within our desired timeline. We found Caroline to be very open and engaging and always listened regarding our expectations. Bespoke, personal service and fantastic result

Caroline was just wonderful - she gave us her full attention while selling our house. From tips on how to improve the presentation and what buyers are looking for, to detailed feedback on each open home - we were really impressed by the knowledge and help provided. Caroline was always available when we called, and we felt very personally cared for. Caroline is a clear, professional communicator, as well as a great negotiator - which we appreciate. A truely positive and professional selling experience

Caroline stood right beside me throughout the process of selling my beloved home. Great communicator and always available to answer questions. Nothing was ever a problem. Due to huge interest in my home Caroline had big numbers of people to communicate with and qualify. As promised she followed up with everyone and provided relevant weekly reports and feedback.
