On reflection, we left our run to market our property a little late in the year and Christmas was looming. Phil had already assessed and understood our properties unique attributes and proposed a fast, three week, marketing proposal using a Deadline Sale approach. He duly executed the plan and kept us well informed along the way. His pleasant and courteous style is an asset and his attention to detail was appreciated. This included keeping us, as vendors, on task with organising a building report and promptly sorting a couple of minor matters the report identified, so as to remove any purchaser resistance. While my experience with buying and/or selling real estate is limited and I apprehensively entered the process as a virtual novice, my experience with Phil Carmine at Tremains in Taradale was thoroughly enjoyable.
