Great advice and a great result

We asked Toni for her advice on how to maximise the sale of the property. It was an estate sale and the home was empty, so we followed her recommendations around preparation and presentation, and it made a huge difference. Once staged, the property felt like a home again and presented beautifully both online and in person. I was absolutely stoked with the photos and marketing. We had 17 groups through the first open home and received 7 offers in the first week, which was an amazing result. Toni’s communication was great throughout the whole process. I always knew what was happening and felt like I was in safe hands. She was on the ball, went above and beyond and made the whole process easy. Toni knows the market, is approachable and easy to deal with. She would absolutely be my go-to agent in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
