Arjun was selling several properties at the time, and his deep market experience and knowledge truly showed. He was able to negotiate a fair price that worked for both sides to facilitate the sale. Throughout the process, Arjun was exceptionally professional, efficient, and proactive with communication. He always made time during the day to check in and update me on key milestones, like the valuation and builder’s report. He also went above and beyond normal working hours on multiple occasions to arrange extra viewings and let tradespeople in for measurements and assessments.
