It was my first experience and first home with many questions and little scared but lot of help from Melissa deal went so smoothly. Everything was in line as needed. She was very professional answering every small question.

Working with Melissa to buy my house was an absolute dream. I met Melissa 3 years earlier, when I was buying my previous home and it blew me away that she recognised me from having visited her open homes back then. I was very keen to have her be my buyer's agent this time around, and I am so grateful for all of her help. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the market and the area. She worked so hard to find me a house in a decent area, on a tiny budget and within the time frame that I needed. It felt like a miracle. During such a stressful time, Melissa kept me feeling optimistic that the right property would be found. I always felt like her top priority even though she probably had so many other clients she was working with at the time. It was always lovely to see her at every open home viewing. She is kind and empathetic, and such a genuinely nice person who excels at her job. I would 100% work with Melissa in the future and will recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

The problem I have with this review is that I am only allowed to give five stars, when I would have preferred six! Yvenna and her team outdid themselves and got my property sold in record time. There was open communication all the way and the team's professionalism was very evident and much appreciated.

Yvenna and her team are fantastic people to work with. She went over and above what was expected of an agent. She made sure that the property was shown in its best light and I was absolutely amazed by the speed at which the property was sold. Importantly, communication channels were always kept open when dealing with Yvenna and her team. The choice to appoint Yvenna as my agent was not only right but it was excellent. She will certainly be first in mind for future sales.

Kiah has been so helpful to us. I initially contacted her to ask for a viewing of a property which I then found out was under conditional contract. Instead of ending it there, Kiah offered to help us find a home and explained how she could help. She has been patient, kind, responsive, and down-to-Earth with us. There are so many things to consider as a first home buyer and she was there to guide us through it all and answer all of our questions.

Excellent marketing skills

Jamie and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Fantastic communication from start to end, very knowledgeable and approachable for all of my questions, proactive and pragmatic when any issues or concerns came up and needed addressing. Was a tough selling market but Jamie kept pushing throughout the prolonged sale process without letting up once. Would absolutely work with Jamie again given the chance and would recommend him and his team to anyone who asked.

Nathan and Michelle were very professional. They advised us on the best approach to sell in the current market and this gave us confidence to proceed with the listing. Anya's whole approach to securing a very successful sale of my was "calming". It is a stressful process selling a house especially with a limited time frame. However with Anya's knowledge, organisational and communication skills, everything flowed like clockwork.
