Raj was a very up to date agent who had the background knowledge of every property we visted to and he always ensured he was there before us to see the properties. He also went out of his way to organize the viewing of the properties to accommodate our preferences.

He worked very well with our tenant re access and negotiated the buyer up to a fair and reasonable outcome for all. He was thorough and did private viewings and Open homes regularly. The sale happened much quicker than we had expected. We had also bought an apartment through Howard a few years prior and contacted a few past vendors in our building to check their thoughts. All reviews were good.

We recently bought our house through Karen, and she was a breath of fresh air to deal with. She was friendly and approachable with us, but also worked constructively and respectfully with our buyer’s agent - something you don’t always see. Karen is incredibly genuine, helpful and professional. Even after settlement, she went out of her way to assist us with minor issues and ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. As the vendor's agent, her primary responsibility is always to secure the best outcome for them. Yet Karen still manages to do this while coming across as authentic and accommodating towards the buyer.

It was a pleasure dealing with Trish she had great communications with us thought out the whole purchase of the property. She had very good knowledge on the property of interest and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that she was their for us not as customers but as a friend.
