Real estate teams in Glen Avon, Taranaki

I had a fantastic experience working with Shari and Shannon. They truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process, and helped make what could have been a stressful time smooth and manageable. Their communication was excellent, so I always knew exactly what was happening. Even when a few difficulties came up on my end, they were incredibly understanding and supportive, which made a big difference. Their efficiency was also remarkably good. Everything they said they would do got done, and done quickly. That level of reliability gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I would refer them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Taranaki.

Good experience, good communication and happy to help in any way they could!

Communication was great, flexible with allowing us to go into the property while we are preparing for us moving in. Trish was a pleasure to deal with.

Trish has really exceeded expectations with the effort and delivered on what was promised

Kimberly demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout our recent property purchase journey. From our open home visit, she impressed us with her approachable communication style and genuine commitment to helping us make informed decisions. She was always quick to respond to our questions and provided clear information whenever we sought clarification on the property. Throughout the process, there were numerous back-and-forth interactions as we explored different aspects of the purchase, and Kimberly consistently remained patient, responsive, and proactive. She arranged multiple viewings to accommodate our schedule allowing us the time and space required to make such an important decision. Throughout the offer and negotiation process, Kimberly maintained a professional and balanced approach, ensuring communication remained transparent. She was awesome throughout the entire process, and we are extremely grateful for her support in helping us secure our first home.
