Kathy helped the reviewer buy this property

Easy to work with and great communication.

I have enjoyed the process of finding a new house in New Plymouth. Smart Rd was 2nd place I'd looked at that Kathy was selling. It ticked alot of the boxes for me. Kathy was very helpful in the whole process when I decided to put in an offer, and felt I could contact her anytime. Also living in another area while the process was taking place it wasn't a problem. Thanks Kathy for your professionalism in looking after me with the building inspection report. Certainly made me feel confident with my decision. No regrets. Great to be finally living here. Thank you, you are a great asset to First National.
