experience and low key approach appreciated

Barry is a very professional real estate agent. He is always neat and tidy, and he presents himself in a way that gives you confidence from the start. His communication is excellent — he provides feedback after every viewing and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. He is not pushy at all. Instead, he explains everything clearly and allows you to make your own decisions at your own pace. His market knowledge is strong, and he gives honest advice based on real data and experience. One of the big reasons I chose this company is their reasonable success rate and the fact that they cover the upfront marketing fees, which helped me a lot. They deliver the same level of service as other real estate companies, if not better. Barry even went above and beyond by changing some of the lightbulbs in my property at his own cost and time — and he only told me after the sale. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommended.

I’ve worked with Barry for a couple of years now, and I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough. He first marketed our property a few years ago before we decided to hold onto it and rent it out. When we decided to sell again, we enlisted Barry's expertise, and I'm so glad we did because what followed was a far more complex process than anyone expected, including significant repairs. Throughout all of this, Barry was outstanding. Both myself and the other owner were located out of town, so we were completely reliant on him to manage everything on the ground, and he did exactly that. From organising trades and overseeing repairs to arranging cleaners and flagging things we didn’t even know needed attention, he took care of it all. Barry's communication was consistently excellent. He was responsive, proactive, and incredibly accommodating with time zones, always making time to speak, even when I was reaching out at odd hours from overseas. This wasn’t a straightforward sale, and the amount of time and effort he put in behind the scenes was significant. At every step, we felt supported and confident that everything was being handled properly. Barry is professional, reliable, and genuinely great to work with. I highly reccommend him as your next sales agent.
