187 real estate agents in Forrest Hill, Auckland

After 3 years on the market in a difficult rural area Matt achieved a sale within 6 months. He gave freely of his time to explain the process along the way. We never felt pressured. He has a calm and very friendly manner which being in the older grouping we appreciated.

I have bought and sold many properties over the years as well as being a real estate agent myself for 6 years and I can honestly say Matt is a stand out agent. Matt communicated well and gave detailed feedback after viewings so I knew I could trust his advice. I live in Auckland and the property is in Taihape so Matt was able to navigate the difficult terrain of dealing with the tenant who was given notice, getting the house and property tidied up, cleaned and well presented inside and out and went well beyond his role as an agent even removing rubbish and disposing it for me ! I knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the marketing and sale process. His negotiating skills were excellent and both the purchaser and I were able to make a deal that we are both happy with. The trust he developed along the way really made him shine as an outstanding real estate agent. I can whole heartedly recommend Matt Robertson from Arizto to sell your property !

We are so pleased that we decided to list our property with Arizto and Matt in particular. The experience from initial contact to a successful sale outcome, was so impressive. The online service provided by Arizto made all of the paperwork easy to manage and meant that we were updated on viewings and feedback throughout the marketing process, with the information available to us anytime for our reference. Matt's professionalism, dedication and ongoing communication throughout was second to none. He demonstrated care and attention to us throughout the sale process and managed the sale negotiations and formal proceedings incredibly well. Matt was always prepared to go the extra mile keeping us updated at times convenient to us during negotiations. We heartily recommend Matt as the right person to sell your property. Thanks Matt for all your hard work in getting us a fantastic outcome!!
