I have bought and sold many properties over the years as well as being a real estate agent myself for 6 years and I can honestly say Matt is a stand out agent. Matt communicated well and gave detailed feedback after viewings so I knew I could trust his advice. I live in Auckland and the property is in Taihape so Matt was able to navigate the difficult terrain of dealing with the tenant who was given notice, getting the house and property tidied up, cleaned and well presented inside and out and went well beyond his role as an agent even removing rubbish and disposing it for me ! I knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the marketing and sale process. His negotiating skills were excellent and both the purchaser and I were able to make a deal that we are both happy with.
