Our property had been on the market for 5 months without a sale prior to Team van Lienan getting involved. John & Michelle gave us real confidence that they saw what was special about our property, and how to present it to the market. With a clear vision and strategy agreed the photos and video were done with some small tweaks to some rooms, and complete layout changes in other rooms. John, Michelle, and Kristen were moving the furniture, doing the heavy lifting, and we were very impressed. The people who came to view the property seemed to arrive with a pretty good idea of what type of a property they were coming to consider, and while it wasn’t for everyone I believe the marketing had delivered with serious interest and not really any tyre kickers. We had to wait a while longer for the sale but team van Lienan remand committed to the extent they ran open homes on the Sunday and Monday of Kings birthday weekend just in case it would get us the result we were all looking for. If you're looking for an agent who actually does what they say they're going to do, I'd highly recommend Marisha. I listed over the Christmas period, which isn't exactly prime time for selling houses, but she never took her foot off the gas. While most people were thinking about holidays, she was still arranging viewings, following up buyers, and keeping things moving. Her communication was excellent throughout. I never felt left wondering what was happening, and when I had questions or ideas, she actually listened and took them on board. She was happy to talk through strategy rather than just telling me what the plan was, which I really appreciated. What also stood out was her attention to detail. She'd notice things I'd completely miss, from presentation ideas through to simple touches like changing cushions to brighten up the lounge. It wasn't about spending money for the sake of it; it was about making the house look its best. She knows the market, works hard, responds quickly, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. The fact she was still checking in after I'd bought my new place to see how I was settling in says a lot about the sort of person she is. Selling a house can be (is) stressful, but Marisha made the process far easier than I expected. I'd happily recommend her to anyone. Just be warned - As an agent, she actually gave a damn.
