If you're looking for an agent who actually does what they say they're going to do, I'd highly recommend Marisha. I listed over the Christmas period, which isn't exactly prime time for selling houses, but she never took her foot off the gas. While most people were thinking about holidays, she was still arranging viewings, following up buyers, and keeping things moving. Her communication was excellent throughout. I never felt left wondering what was happening, and when I had questions or ideas, she actually listened and took them on board. She was happy to talk through strategy rather than just telling me what the plan was, which I really appreciated. What also stood out was her attention to detail. She'd notice things I'd completely miss, from presentation ideas through to simple touches like changing cushions to brighten up the lounge. It wasn't about spending money for the sake of it; it was about making the house look its best.
