What a great couple agents they are. From the first meeting at the open home to the last when we won the auction they were nothing but professional. Always took my calls and were always ready to provide information that I asked for. Cannot say enough for the effort they put into the sale and follow up. To use a Trademe adage "would trade again any day!!"

This is the second time that Bruce has helped our family to sell a property. Bruce is professional and dependable. He got the house on the market within a minimum of fuss, which is excellent when organising a house sale remotely. He assisted with getting the house ready for market, including letting various tradespeople into the house to do maintenance work. His communications were outstanding, especially when we needed a change of plan in the marketing of the property soon after it went to market. He is respectful of all of the people involved in the process, keeping me, my mother, the buyer and lawyers informed along each step of the process.

Communication with the team was top-notch, we were selling our home in NZ whilst living overseas and they made effective use of technology to keep us up to date without the differing timezones getting in the way. Nothing in life is perfect but any little issues we encountered were dealt with promptly and professionally.
