Real estate teams in Fitzherbert, Manawatu-Wanganui

Jeremy and Casey went over and beyond, to be helpful and considerate. They don’t walk away after you have bought, they check up a rare occurrence I recommend any one who is looking for a smooth and caring result to go with Jeremy and Casey. I am sure you won’t regret it,(thank you both )

Jeremy, Hannah and the team have been great in the purchase and sale of our properties. Super quick to respond to queries, great with dealing with curly issues, worked hard to get us a good deal on our sale, and just genuinely lovely to deal with and talk to. These guys work flipping hard - no days off for sure!! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough 11/10

The support I received throughout the purchase of this property was outstanding. They guided me through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. In particular, their support extended beyond just the purchase, they provided invaluable advice and coordination around the sale of my existing property, ensuring everything aligned to enable this move. Their proactive communication, genuine care, and ability to navigate both transactions smoothly gave me complete confidence and made the entire transition far easier than expected.

Our property had been on the market for 5 months without a sale prior to Team van Lienan getting involved. John & Michelle gave us real confidence that they saw what was special about our property, and how to present it to the market. With a clear vision and strategy agreed the photos and video were done with some small tweaks to some rooms, and complete layout changes in other rooms. John, Michelle, and Kristen were moving the furniture, doing the heavy lifting, and we were very impressed. The people who came to view the property seemed to arrive with a pretty good idea of what type of a property they were coming to consider, and while it wasn’t for everyone I believe the marketing had delivered with serious interest and not really any tyre kickers. We had to wait a while longer for the sale but team van Lienan remand committed to the extent they ran open homes on the Sunday and Monday of Kings birthday weekend just in case it would get us the result we were all looking for. Many thanks to Team van Lienan and particularly Michelle who really put in the leg work with the open homes, following up all leads of enquiry, chasing the Lawyers along, and ultimately got us the result.

When we purchased our house we found Michelle helpful and open at each stage of the process.

Sold my house quickly in a difficult market.

Jamie exhibited great patience as we negotiated the sale of our Taupo property which enabled us to move forward with our Feilding purchase. Jamie maintained ongoing contact but allowed us time to secure a sale without pressure. Was able to secure the property for us on our first offer. Has also been very obliging with meeting our timings for visits prior to purchase

Super communicative, friendly and approachable team that made the process feel easy. Their experience and knowledge definitely made us feel confident throughout the process and we always felt that we were in good hands. Highly recommend them and would use again!
