Though already busy with another potential client, she had acknowledged I was there and was able to give me a quick run down on the house and allowed me to experience the house for myself. Explained the process, even sent a “help book” for first time home buyers. Tiana broke down each step for me including when we had a multi offer scenario advised to put my best foot forward.
