I had to sell a property on behalf of someone else. Jared presented a plan explaining clearly the best process to follow. The property was marketed mainly to developers but did not overlook other potential buyers. I was made aware of what interest there was from regular updates after each viewing of the property. Jared was easily accessible during this time if I had any questions to be answered. The plan was to go to auction but we managed to sell before the auction so had an excellent result.
