Team Ledger have their service delivery down pat. Didn’t matter who you dealt with in the team as they were all enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. First class communication with a variety of mediums to keep you updated. Honest assessment of the market backed up with facts and provided sound advice throughout the process. This allowed for easy decision making and expectation setting when selling a family home in a changing market. Mike and team always made you feel you were part of the team working together towards the sale of a loved home with a lot of family memories. Auction day went smoothly and where you really see the experience and knowledge come in and felt Team Ledger was working for seller. The negotiations were smooth taking about 30 minutes to come to a deal that seemed to be acceptable to all interested parties. In the end a job well done. Team Ledger highly recommended from our experience and they have a successful formula which I have no doubt will continue to benefit both purchasers and sellers in the future.
Rob was fantastic to deal with, especially as a first home buyer where everything can be quite overwhelming. His clear and confident communication, warm demeanour alongside his market experience meant that I always felt I was making well-informed decisions throughout the process. From negotiation to pre-settlement, it was made abundantly clear that Rob is someone that absolutely puts the work in to make sure both the buyer and seller are heard, and in doing so humanises what could easily be a very cold and transactional process. Any concerns or questions I had were answered with patience and confidence. He is a credit not just to the team, but also to the industry at large.
