Agencies in Dairy Flat, Auckland

I honestly don’t know how to fully describe our experience of selling our home. Our property was on the market for a very long time, and during that period, we went through several offers and contracts that unfortunately did not work out. Throughout the entire process, Colin was always incredibly dedicated and went above and beyond to negotiate on our behalf and resolve any issues that came up. He kept us updated promptly and always communicated with us clearly and professionally. His excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations gave us a great deal of confidence throughout what was a very challenging process. Finally, everything came together, and Colin successfully helped us achieve an unconditional sale and complete the transaction smoothly. If we ever have another property to sell in the future, Colin will definitely be the first person we contact. He has outstanding professional knowledge, provides exceptional attention to detail, and is incredibly patient throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Colin to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated real estate agent.

Andy made the whole process of buying a home easy from the beginning. He is wonderful to deal with and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, provided frequent updates, and is an excellent problem solver. All challenges were quickly overcome because Andy knew who to talk to and what to do in order to obtain the information required to make informed decisions. I was out of town so Andy managed all of the contractor site visits and facilitated the whole process which gave me so much confidence to proceed - I couldn't have done it without him. He is reliable, professional, experienced, a skilled negotiator, and is practical, genuine, and lovely to work with. I can't thank Andy enough for the amazing help and service that exceeded all expectations and allowed us to buy our new home. We are so excited to be part of the neighbourhood!

Sally was always very professional, made herself available to answer questions at any time. She works with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend her to any prospective vendors or buyers. Thank you Sally!

Pier was great to work with and made the whole process easy, especially as it was our first time selling. He knew the local market well, understood our property, and helped us present it in the best way. His communication was excellent and he was always easy to get hold of. Pier was professional, organised, and clearly has a strong network. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Anita and team listened to us and prepared the campaign that met our requirements and presented our property in the best way possible. We had a tenant. They respected our wishes and those of our tenants in hosting open homes inspecting the property and generally all things to do with activities that would otherwise have been inconvenient for the tenant and we really appreciated that. We came away with a successful sale to some lovely people, though we didn’t hit the target we set out to get we were happy with the result all around and that thanks goes to Anita and her team’s efforts. Thanks guys, great work!

Jacky was very helpful and professional throughout the purchase process. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and always willing to answer my questions clearly. He kept me updated during the process and made everything straightforward and easy to understand. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and support, especially as this was an important purchase for me. It was a very positive experience working with Jacky, and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
