Nienke was great in helping me through the purchase of my first home. She was quick to respond to questions and queries. Initially there was a bit of confusion as I was told that the house had an offer that was accepted in early stages of the deadline although I was told they were planning to wait to deadline. I think this was confusion for both Nienke and myself. Following on from having my offer accepted, she was great in helping with things when I needed and provided clarity and advice when needed.
