My recent experience with a property purchase at auction was made very easy and without the stress I had been told by many, to expect when attending an auction. Thanks to the wonderful people at Cowdys Real Estate and in particular Indi Furze and Nick Cowdy, my experience was actually quite pleasurable. The professionalism displayed, the attention to detail and the great communications from the team at Cowdy’s all the way through the process was very impressive. For anyone contemplating listing a property for sale or a prospective purchaser, I cannot recommend Cowdy’s highly enough. In every way their performance exceeded my high level of expectations.

I cannot recommend Lauryn highly enough! Her professionalism and expertise are matched only by her warm, friendly personality. Throughout our time working together, she was exceptionally supportive and always willing to accommodate our busy schedules. A perfect example of this was when she graciously hosted us even though the open home was closing in 5 minutes. It was absolutely amazing working with Lauryn and Shelley. They put everything into having the selling process comfortable. We contacted Lauryn after our property had been on market for over a month with very few people come in for viewing. Lauryn gave us honest feedback about our property and things that needed amending to make it more attractive and it absolutely worked. We had more people come to the 1st open home with Lauryn that we have had in 4-5 open homes. She did her absolute best to ensure that our house was sold for a good price so we could move on.

Shona organised staging furniture to assist in obtaining a best price and added detail touches which we would’ve thought of, all of which would’ve no doubt helped with obtaining the best sale price. Shona estimated sale price was accurate & more than our independent valuation. We were updated daily with feedback Shona was able to competently navigate with any issue including EQC & Trust issues that arose.

Nathan and his team were excellent. They were very professional, prompt in their communication, and made sure that every step in the process of confirming the purchase went smoothly. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere that Nathan created during my initial viewing of the property, which allowed me to envision myself relaxing in the space; his follow up communication prompting me to take action as a buyer; and his commitment to facilitating an agreement, while allowing me the time and space I needed to make a decision and arrange finance.

After trying for over a year to sell our property privately, we reluctantly decided to use an agent. Nathan stood out from all the other agents we interviewed and we chose him because of his thoughtfulness and his upfront honesty . From the moment that we signed with his agency we became part of a youthful and enthusiastic team, we were well informed every step of the way , our opinions were noted and respected. We especially saw the value of hiring Nathan when the time came for negotiating the sale, he worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line and achieved a realistic result that we were happy with in the end. My view of using an agent verses private sale has been dramatically changed and we would definitely use Nathan again and unreservedly recommend Team Najib to any one who would like to sell their home.

I was impressed with the empathy shown equally toward all parties involved in the property negotiations. It was not the easiest sale and purchase agreement to write, yet Jo managed to steer a sensible course, with helpful insight and understanding of each party's goals and needs. Nienke was great in helping me through the purchase of my first home. She was quick to respond to questions and queries. Initially there was a bit of confusion as I was told that the house had an offer that was accepted in early stages of the deadline although I was told they were planning to wait to deadline.
