Only saw 2 agents to select from. Debra was the easy pick. As was down to earth , easy to speak with. I could see she had the qualities to sell my apartment in honest, but friendly way. I put the effort in to make the apartment nice ,lots of new stuff done. She saw that and sold it well Communication at all times was good. Shady has been responsive, highly proactive and looks at all options. He has great connections in the market, especially the investment community. He worked fast ensuring a very quick turnaround and even after the deal was made, he was working on backups in case the deposit did not come through at last minute.
