I had a very honest appraisal from Eden when I was looking to sell at the worst time market wise and she was so honest but very kind when a lot of agents were telling me differently or trying really hard to sell me on working with them. I decided not to sell then but when things picked up again I had a similar experience with a number of agents and decided to go with Eden. She was so collaborative on the sale and took the time to hear about my thoughts on the area and what would be appealing about the home. We had a great result and I really valued the professionalism but also felt like we were in it together. She was also very patient with me while we negotiated the sale price. Eden was a lovely Agent to deal with. She was quietly confident - not pushy; but she knew the property well and could handle all our questions with ease. Excellent for transfer titles

Robin has been proactive at all times over a number of years on this project. The delays (which have been numerous) have often been shortened because of his interaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Robin to anyone who is considering either selling or buying TTRs.

Robin is a good bloke but the TT requirement and process through Council and others is a nightmare and hugely expensive I can't say anymore.
