Cannot thank you enough for such a smooth sale of my home

I’m so grateful I was introduced to Eden! I had a very honest appraisal from Eden when I was looking to sell at the worst time market wise and she was so honest but very kind when a lot of agents were telling me differently or trying really hard to sell me on working with them. I decided not to sell then but when things picked up again I had a similar experience with a number of agents and decided to go with Eden. She was so collaborative on the sale and took the time to hear about my thoughts on the area and what would be appealing about the home. We had a great result and I really valued the professionalism but also felt like we were in it together. She was also very patient with me while we negotiated the sale price. I really can’t recommend Eden enough and it was really refreshing to spend time with an agent who was as committed to making sure I didn’t have a stressful sale as actually getting the sale!

I could not recommend Eden enough! Honesty, efficiency, communication and eye for detail.

Eden - confident, polite, well-informed, professional.

Eden was a lovely Agent to deal with. She was quietly confident - not pushy; but she knew the property well and could handle all our questions with ease. She was prompt and efficient in following up and providing the information we asked for. When we were negotiating she communicated well and we felt respectful of us as buyers while maintaining her role as agent to the vendors.
