Selling our Christchurch investment property through Attia Real Estate proved to be an excellent decision. We worked closely with Shady Attia throughout the sale, and from start to finish we felt genuinely supported. The property was sold in a very competitive buyer's market, and we accepted an offer from a first-home buyer. What we didn't anticipate was the number of conditions that followed. The buyer's bank and insurer continually introduced new compliance requirements, creating what became a very challenging and frustrating process. Throughout it all, Shady and the team went above and beyond to help us navigate every hurdle. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They took ownership of problems, coordinated solutions, and did everything they could to keep the sale progressing. Because we live outside Christchurch, having a team willing to step in and assist with matters on the ground was invaluable. What impressed us most wasn't simply that they sold the property—it was the level of commitment they showed after the offer was accepted. They genuinely cared about getting the transaction across the finish line and made a difficult process far less stressful than it could have been. I'm not easily impressed, but Shady and the team certainly earned our respect. Very good fast and smooth transaction

Shady's calm command of the process, ability to proactively oversee all the milestones and advise on tactics of the campaign made such a difference to the journey and the amazing outcome. His clear updates via voice memos, text and calls were always purposeful, decisive and informed. On several occasions where potential issues arose or buyers' questions needed answering, he jumped on them so they were resolved quickly. The admin support and use of technology were first rate. And the suppliers used for tradie fixes, marketing collateral and staging did a fantastic job. They are obviously a very well-oiled machine! This is the second time Shady has sold a house of mine and I have been delighted by the service and the outcome. I would also strongly recommend Attia to anyone considering selling their house in Christchurch (and have done so to my friends and contacts).

Tuesday May 19 2026 sunny morning approximately 1030 I phoned 0275487020 and not much happened BUT at approximately 1051 my phone rang and the lady said Hi Dionne here from REDHOT REAL ESTATE WAIMATE. In the next approximately 3 minutes and 25 seconds a DEAL was done. SOEASY ! .

As soon as we saw a house we loved,Dionne and Jules gave us ideas on what could help make our current house sell and get it on the market as soon as possible to get the result we wanted. They were fantastic at keeping us informed and putting our minds at ease during the stress of buying and selling at the same time. When we needed to find a purchaser for our property a phone call to Jules and Dionne was bound to deliver, and deliver it did! Very few open homes before we had an offer on the table. The team then went to work on making sure the chain was complete. We went unconditional in early June and looking to move into our new property in late July. Totally painless and can't thank the team enough.
