Thomas knew the Christchurch market really well and kept me well informed throughout as I was not living in the area. He provided ongoing market analysis of similar properties selling within the surrounding areas and this enabled me to make good decisions as we went along. He communicated well and was timely and responsive to any questions I had. He was informative and proactive when we needed to find solutions as changes in the market arose. He was honest and open and at no time tried to sway any decisions I made but I felt well informed to be able to do this as a result of his approach. Our experience with Karan was outstanding. To start he is a well mannered , very friendly man with a likeable personality. We found Karan the easiest of all agents to deal with ,nothing was rushed , and we felt absolutely no pressure .
