Jaramey was great at communicating with me and readily replied to my phone calls or text messages. He kept me in the loop regarding open homes, what other potential buyers might be thinking and was always professional in his approach. He has an excellent knowledge of the housing market and insight into the legal side (solicitors) of things, so he explained the selling procedure in an understandable way. I was especially impressed by the fact that he supplied me with a complete property file of the home I bought which covers everything from insurance, healthy homes report to the Christchurch City Council files. This should be a 'standard' for all real estate companies! If in the future I have to on-sell this home, having the file will make the the transition so much less stressful for me and the potential buyers. Finally, I would not hesitate to use Jaramey again if the occasion arises.

Very responsive. Nakita (who we dealt with most of the time) answered all our questions and helped us with every step. Both Nakita and Nicola were very professional yet casual and easy to have a chat with about anything we needed. As buyers they helped us navigate what price brackets and even helped to recommend lawyers and loan agents which was even more helpful. Over all a really great experience.
