I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dutch van Geuns, in my opinion the ultimate real estate professional and team player. Dutch listed my house in a difficult market, after several others had tried and failed to produce any meaningful results. While Dutch has a lot of experience he doesn't keep that to himself and puts a lot of time into exploring the angles and keeping his approach fresh. While my home sale was completed by Dutch in association with another agent, he never once deviated from getting me the best deal, irrespective of who produced the buyer.
