We have some of the best recreational facilities right here with the coastal walkway, a plethora of parks, beaches and reserves to choose from, tennis and squash courts, Bowls Club, and of course the famous Shephards Park which is home to the Birkenhead United Soccer Club. We have a diverse range of property available in Beach Haven, from the classic kiwi bungalow on a flat site, which are really popular with young families, to coastal masterpieces by well known architects like Ian Burrows. Waterfront property in Beach Haven is arguably the best value in Auckland and being on the harbour, there are many with their own jetty. Great communicator and thinks of every detail that is needed in an overwhelming time.

Regan was great with her knowledge of the area and thought of every detail in an overwhelming time. The market wasn’t on our side unfortunately which made it tricky but she came up with clever tactics to achieve the best result we could.

Brilliant Agent

Since our property went on the market, we’ve had excellent, ongoing communication from David, especially following our weekend open homes. He kept us fully up to date on every group that walked through. On auction day, David kept the process stress-free by providing continuous progress updates. Once the property sold under the hammer, he took us smoothly through all the paperwork and explained every step clearly.
