She created a very sound sales programme, and the evening photography (in particular) was brilliant. She also helped us to negotiate the 'flood prone' nature of the site and its low CV to obtain a realistic sales figure, keeping both me and my partner fully informed throughout the sales programme and subsequent negotaitions with the successful purchaser.
