Excellent support throughout the whole buying process

I can’t thank Rakhi enough for all her support throughout what was quite a long process of buying my house. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Rakhi went above and beyond to help coordinate access to the property for inspections and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. She was always approachable and happy to help whenever I needed her. What really stood out was that her support didn’t stop once the sale was completed. Even after purchase, she has continued to help with little things, including showing me how to operate the hot water system! I’m very grateful for all of Rakhi’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients and goes the extra mile.
