I found Abbey and Richard's approach very professional and courteous. I felt in the loop via the WhatsApp communication and phone calls and Abbey was always available to clarify anything that I didn't understand. The added bonus was their great EA who was able to assist with all sorts of things which added another layer of assurance that I was with a team of knowledgeable and professional people. Nick always picks up his phone. He gave us a realistic appraisal of the house not just one to get the business. He did open home's and followed those who attended really well In the end he sold it to someone who hadn’t thought it was for them but loved it when they went through. I highly recommend Nick as a good agent who works hard. In addition he’s very personable and keeps vendor and purchaser fully updated which is important.

Nick promised at the outset that we would not find a harder working agent than him, and he delivered. He recommended a good time to list the property and kept in contact even before the property went to market. He was very professional and an excellent communicator-following up after every viewing/open home with a verbal update and substantive feedback plus a weekly meeting for complete feedback each week during the campaign. I felt as if Nick understood our expectations, managed them during the campaign but then delivered at auction.
