Adit was really helpful in everything. As a first home buyer, we had very little knowledge about the market. Adit made the whole process very simple for us. He made us understand everything even before we ask for it. He has exceptional communication skills. He was in regular touch with us over the phone and in person as well each and everyday. He would answer our call at anytime even at night. The whole deal was not simple. There were few challenges and there was a time when the deal looked like slipping away from our hands. We were put in touch with Adit through our friend. Adit did such an amazing job to help find the perfect property for us! The first thing we did was give Adit a list of things we wanted in our potential house. We would then go through 6-8 potential houses that we wanted to see on the weekend and put them on a spreadsheet. Adit went through each house and spoke with the agents in charge, getting us more information than what we could see in the listing.
