We picked Donald and Adit to sell our property at Huia Road. Donald is very experienced and has a vast knowledge of Real Estate - dealing with buyers, agents, lawyers and other stakeholders. His knowledge of the market, surburb and sales records attracted us to hire him. What impressed me most was his prior briefing before signing important transaction, e.g. telling us all the pros and cons before putting the property on the market, chat before going for auction and signing before multiple-offer . Those meetings prepared us mentally as selling family home which you have lived in for decades was very emotional. His highly recommended. Dealing with Adit was an uttermost pleasure. He has been so calm, patient and professional throughout the course of the sale of our property. There was never a time when Adit did not pick my call or respond within minutes.
