Matt and the photographer did an amazing job to portray my property in the best light and a series of open homes and worked with clients that matched the profile of my property for sale. When the buyer was found (and rather quickly) Matt put on his negotiating skills and helped me as the Seller and the Buyer come to a meeting of the minds to sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement and a subsequent successful sale. Post the sale a month ago Matt has maintained communications with me and displayed his care for his clients. When I was buying Scott stood out compared to the other agents I met, he was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. Although I didn't buy the home that he was the agent for he stood out. Our house is a great house and we worked hard to present well. However the market had different ideas and we soon learnt it was not going to be a slam dunk like when we bought it. Time of year, decrease in market values and xmas right in the middle of it all. The price range although very accurate was under a lot of pressure and we saw similar homes struggle to sell. Anthony used his patience and skill to negotiate a sale. This was over 6 months, so it took a very professional approach. I admire his consistent approach, everything he did was honest and open and that was to both parties and we both recognised it. He remained focused when we were getting a bit rattled and he dispensed good advice throughout the process that ended up being very accurate. In the end the house sold, and both parties obviously happy. I rate Anthoney at the top end of the real estate market. Would I sell with him again? You bet.
