Mukti was friendly, and professional, throughout our buying process. She had good knowledge of the property, but sort answers quickly if she needed to. Her communication was second to none. We would not hesitate to use her again and recommend her to others.

The initial agent, Ayla, had great communication and was a delight to deal with. However, after she went on leave, the team that picked things up was not to the same standard - communication was lacking (likely because the first agent had already done the heavy lifting to seal the deal). Overall, and in hindsight, it is clear that far more should have been disclosed. The house had multiple fixtures that were literally held in place with hot glue, and there was little effort from Summit to provide transparency. I have less confidence in the organization and their procedures. It felt like corners were cut.

Anthony was fantastic throughout the selling process. He was honest and thorough in setting expectations at the outset, giving us an accurate appraisal based on the current market. Throughout the sale process, Anthony and Jane kept us up to date with how everything was progressing, and sound advive any times we had questions. Scott has been around a while and has also sold for our parents. He is a super nice person. As we were selling but we didn't live in the area Scott and his team went above and beyond doing little jobs for us that we couldn't do. He also gave us great advice. By getting a new valuation we achieved a great result in a challenging market. Scott always wears a smile and seems to genuinely enjoy his day. He is interested in people ...for who they are not just the transaction. He has a great team and Nathan I believe was instrumental in getting us a good buyer. He is well known and seems to have more than his fair share of the market.
