Real estate teams in Appleby, Southland

Peter gave prompt responses and worked around our schedule. In the busyness of selling a house we trusted Peter and he was someone that took all the weight off our shoulders. He was friendly yet professional, engaging positively with all of the family. Peter did a lot of the negotiation before it even came to us and he got it to the price we wanted.

Pete was excellent to deal with. He was always swift with administration details & communication always polite. Pete takes pride in himself with a professional attire & never rushed or undermining to anyone.

We had used them before to sell a property and had no hesitation in using them again. We had made enquiries with the agent some time before the property came on the market and they were able to provide good advice and insight into the market.

Michelle and Matt were extremely professional, communicated openly and gave us constructive feedback. Our sale went through much faster than we could have ever expected. We would definitely recommend Michelle and Matt!

We purchased a home at 15 Ward street Hanleys Farm with the help of Matt and Michelle from White Fox Realestate, they were both motivated and professional through out the sale process, answered any questions we had promptly and nothing seemed to be a problem, we would highly recommend them to any potential buyers going through White Fox to purchase a home. Regards Ross and Joss MacKenzie.

Matt and Michelle sold our house within two weeks. Their communication, and their expectations of us as vendors, were always very clear. We knew every step of the way what was happening with the open homes and potential buyers. We never had to request information; it was always shared immediately.
