Nikki Dermody & Gareth Kennedy helped the reviewer sell this property

Great to work with

We first sought Nikki and Gareth's advise for an appraisal on our home. They did this willingly knowing we were considering a private sale to someone we knew. Their clear communication and willingness to assist was clearly evident from the outset. When we then decided to list our home they were very easy to engage, had great ideas on how to list, advertise and display our home to get the level of sale the home deserved. Advertising and photos were outstanding and they had potential buyers viewing within a couple of hours of listing. Nikki and Gareth certainly saw the potential and their knowledge of the local market, the best approach to market the property and timing of the sale had an offer on the table the next day. Communication with us throughout the process could not have been clearer and made the process of knowing when potential buyers were coming through and feedback from viewings easy for us.
