Real estate teams in Heidelberg, Southland

The sale of our house was well communicated to us they gave us sound advice along the way that assisted us with the decision making process.

Buying our new home with Nikki and Gareth was a genuinely smooth experience. They were organised, upfront, and easy to deal with the whole way through. Nikki kept everything moving without us ever needing to chase. Communication was clear, quick, and straight to the point, exactly what you want when you’re making big decisions. She handled every step with confidence and made the process feel simple. Gareth’s support behind the scenes rounded things out, and together they operate like a team that actually knows what they’re doing. We’re really happy with how everything went and would confidently recommend Nikki and Gareth to anyone wanting a stress free, professional experience.

We interviewed 5 agencies before deciding to go with Nikki and Gareth at Bayleys. Nikki and Gareth were engaging and excited right from the first meeting. They answered all of our exhaustive questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend any vendor to work with them.
