Peter gave prompt responses and worked around our schedule. In the busyness of selling a house we trusted Peter and he was someone that took all the weight off our shoulders. He was friendly yet professional, engaging positively with all of the family. Peter did a lot of the negotiation before it even came to us and he got it to the price we wanted.
